Conference Scholarships
Region 14 raises money to carry on a variety of activities including awarding scholarships. These scholarship monies allow us to sponsor students and staff to attend the Region 14 conference and the ACUI Annual Conference.
Regional Conference Scholarship
Region 14 sponsors scholarships for students to attend the region 14 conference. Please check back in fall 2010 for the application process to attend Back to the Basics at the University of Montana in Missoula.
Congratulations to Kathrine Herrara and Tim Riordan, students from the University of Montana, who received scholarships to attend the 2009 conference, Winds of Change, at Central Washington University in Ellensburg.
Annual Conference Scholarship
Region 14 is excited to offer two scholarships for students and two scholarships for new professionals for this conference. This scholarship covers registration costs only. Please see the attached forms for further instruction on how to apply. Deadline for student applications has been extended to January 11. In 2010 the annual conference will be in New York City February 28 - March 4, 2010.

Criteria
- Completed scholarship applications must be submitted to Jessi Steward no later than Wednesday, December 16, 2009
- Supervisor/Advisor must submit a letter of reference
- Recipient should consider writing an article for the regional newsletter or other such creative idea to share the conference experience with Region 14.
- Please Note: Travel, hotel and other expenses must be covered by the institution or the scholarship recipient.
